Towing
HinoWatch will assist you in arranging for a tow, if requested. If your vehicle needs towing to the nearest Hino dealer for warranty-covered repairs in your first two years of ownership, you will be reimbursed the towing costs through the dealer once repairs are complete. If towing is not due to a warranty-covered failure, the tow will be charged to you.
Out of Fuel / Out of DEF
A HinoWatch vendor will arrive with fuel (1) or DEF (1,2) to get you on your way.
(1) Customer is responsible for fuel, DEF, and roadside service costs.
(2) DEF only for use with 2011 model year or newer trucks.
Tire Service
If you have a tire failure for any reason, HinoWatch will connect you to a local tire service and get you back on the road.
